At Hanslmann, we keep up with the times, and we will continue to do so. It was foreseeable over the past years that the place needed to change after ten years.
Now the time has come. Starting in spring 2024, there will be eleven new beautiful holiday apartments. These approximately 40 square meter apartments (all with balcony and their own kitchenette) for two to four people are bookable from four nights during the high season (July/August). In the low and off-season, the apartments are also available for a cheaper rate for a week — and for shorter periods at attractive pre- and post-season rates.

HIGH TIME, NEW TIME, VACATION TIME
You might be asking now: What does all this mean?
In any case, it's an increase in autonomy for our guests, without having to give up the usual
Hanslmann quality of service. The new guesthouse in the old playroom (the one with the disco palm!)
has now received a new shell and is sometimes a gastropub and always a farm shop in one.
This is where we come together. And here you will also find everything
that a holiday needs in the future. Sometimes service, sometimes self-service.
At the Hanslmann shop, there is fruit and vegetables from local farmers, fresh organic eggs,
and many foods (good stuff in jars) and beverages of top quality.
Additionally, we offer in our summer kitchen small, fine things,
which we prepare daily: antipasti, sugos, spreads, salads,
cakes, bread, cured ham, smoked fish, and more.
From time to time there is brunch and sometimes I will cook in the evenings again.
Speaking of which: For the new Hanslmann, many seminars are already planned,
finally also cooking courses, which friends and regular guests have been encouraging me for many years.
As before, all guests, including those from outside, are warmly welcome
in the restaurant and the shop! For a glass of wine at the bar, a dinner with friends or,
to celebrate parties!
The changes at Hanslmann were not easy for me,
but they fit into a time when much is changing. These adjustments
to the future bring benefits. It becomes cheaper for the guests and some things
easier for us. That's the best way to put it.
At Hanslmann, we want to continue to enjoy what's important for a holiday:
landscape, water, meadows, swimming spots, mountains,
the fresh air — and from now on: eleven new holiday apartments,
waiting for your visit.
